This 0.6-mile over-land connection between two riparian segments of Little Sugar Creek Greenway includes sidewalk and multi-use path for pedestrians, as well as cycle track and multi-use path for cyclists. It links the Brandywine-to-7th St segment of Little Sugar Creek Greenway with the 12th St-to-Cordelia Park segment, using the facilities on Central Ave to comfortably pass over Independence Frwy.
**Please note that the southern terminus of Little Sugar Creek Greenway at the NC-SC state line does not have public parking. If you are planning a trip to that location, the nearest trailheads are at Pineville Lake Park and James K. Polk Historic Site.
Following the street network mostly, the segment can be accessed at many points. A public parking lot at Elizabeth Park on Elizabeth Ave is about 0.25 miles away.
