Description

The section of Bearskin Creek Greenway that is designated Carolina Thread Trail follows the Bearskin Creek passing tennis courts and open fields. The Dickerson Community Center host numerous community events including the Monroe Table Tennis Club and Afterschool @ Dickerson. "Located minutes from Downtown Monroe, the Dickerson Recreation Complex offers several amenities to our community.  Enjoy a leisurely walk down the Bearskin Greenway, challenge yourself on our 18-hole disc golf course, spend some quality family time at our picnic shelter and playground or take advantage of the many activities that take place within the Dickerson Recreation Center including a weight room, gymnasium and afterschool programs."
