Description

This sidewalk trail wraps around the Atrium Health Lincoln making for a nice easy 1-mile loop, though The Thread segment is .6 miles that will eventually connect to Highland Park. You will pass benches, picnic areas, and two ponds along this trail. Bathrooms are located inside the hospital. An interesting fact about the hospital building exterior is it contains reclaimed bricks from a portion of the Belding-Hausman Mill.

Trail Tips

Ride Safe
When biking, wear a helmet and use a bell to signal your approach to other trail users. Consider bringing a spare tube and pump so that you can fix a flat tire and offer help to other cyclists in need. When riding on roads, bike in the same direction as traffic.
